We ship domestic (Australia) via Australia post.

- Free for orders over $69

- Flat rate $10 AUD for orders under $69

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders will be packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Expect delays during peak sale times.

Dependent on your location, standard delivery will be made from 5-12 business days and can take longer during holiday/peak periods. Express Shipping can be selected at the Checkout page.

RETURNS

 

We offer returns, refunds, size swaps (if stock is available) and store credit.
Please ensure you review your order before making a purchase to limit any errors.

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions:

- The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.

- The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.

- The item must be returned with tags and packing. 

We do not cover the shipping costs of a returned item. Please ensure to track your returned parcel through your selected courier to ensure parcel does not get lost, as we are not liable for lost returns.

If an incorrect/incomplete address is provided and the order is shipped, then customer is liable to bear the shipping costs to resend the order. If the refund is seeked, then the shipping cost would be deducted from the order amount.

Please contact us at hello@skatesupplyaustralia.com.au to initiate a return and we will advise you the next steps.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

NOTE: As with all extreme sports, skateboarding equipment suffers damage as a direct result of participation in the sport. Such damage to equipment is NOT covered under warranty. No claim is guaranteed and the final decision is at the discretion of Skate Supply Australia.

Skate Supply Australia will not cover damage caused by:

• Exposure to excessive heat.
• Creasing of the Deck or the Slick
• Water absorption
• Accidental or forceful damage to the board or components
• Dents or depressions from the rider or foreign objects
